We recently were called on by your account representative Erica English. She called and made an appointment to come out to our place of business to introduce herself and see what our future copier needs may be.
We had been having some trouble with our machine as well as our fax machine and her and I began to discuss options. She explained to me all the features and benefits of a new Konica Minolta to purchase or possibly lease. I told her this would be a decision my boss would have to make and she was perfectly fine with that. She said that was understandable and she would get back to me. She offered to go back to her office and work us up some numbers for proposal and meet with he and I at a later date.
A few days later we met and she explained all of our options. Never did we feel pressured or were made to feel as if we had to decide on the spot. The selling point was the fact that we would be saving money as a company as well as her explaining to us the team support we would receive.
I would highly recommend Erica to anyone to needs help in purchasing or leasing from your company. Not only did she follow up with us and stop in to check on us, but she made sure we knew she and your support team would always be there to help us if needed in the future. So often in this world you are sold something never to see or hear from your salesperson again. I myself was in sales for over 20 years before I took this job and I can relate to both sides of the situation.

I would like to bring to your attention how pleased we are with the service and the quality of the equipment we have recently contracted with Graphic Enterprises.
Tony Simeone (Account Executive) has been wonderful from the start regarding explaining our options, arranging demos, etc. We appreciate the fact that now that it’s been months since we changed to your company, Tony still stops in or calls to ask how everything is going with the Konica Minolta copier, if we need anything, have any questions, etc.
We seldom ever need a service/repair; however, when we do, Bob Metzger (Service Technician) accommodates our every need in a timely manner. Bob always arrives soon after we contact the service department. He is most professional and friendly. I notice the he always checks all parts of the copier, plus cleans inside and outside the machine. He always states that we should feel free to call anytime we need service because he may be in the area anyhow and would be glad to check our equipment.
